DESCRIPTION:Hi Miniacs… it is time for something different! \nClubMINI would like to invite you to bring along your family\, friends and of course your little Mini to a weekend away in Ballina! This is going to be a wonderful weekend\, with great scenery\, food and friends… oh and there may be some nice roads too. \nUPDATE: \nHere is the game plan: \nFRIDAY \n\n10:30am for an 11am departure from YATALA BP CONNECT. Michelle will be your guide.\nIf you are unable to make the early departure\, Ben will be heading down around 4pm and you are welcome to join him in convoy. Please message Ben if you will be joining him.\nFish n Chips for lunch in Byron Bay\nCheck in to Ramada Ballina mid-afternoon\nGroup dinner in Ballina\n\nSATURDAY \n\nRelaxed day with the option of shopping\, sightseeing and dining.\n\nSUNDAY \n\nBreakfast in Ballina\nTravel in convoy to the Bangalow Markets where we will browse and have lunch.\nAfter lunch\, we will head towards Koygle and venture to Lions Rd.\nPlan to arrive back in Brisbane late Sunday afternoon.\n\nSee you all tomorrow! \n\n\nKey details are as follows.\nDate: Friday 24th of June through to Sunday 26th of June.\nDepart Brisbane: Friday afternoon after normal business hours. (location TBA)\nDestination: Ballina\, NSWAccomodation: Ramada Ballina (4.5 stars)\nReturn to Brisbane: Sunday afternoon\n\nOther important info:\nWe will be travelling in convoy to Ballina\, and return to Brisbane in convoy (perhaps via Lions Road).\n\nDetails of runs and activities will be given in due course.\n\nclubMINI members will be responsible for paying their own costs and each person/couple/family will be given their own account to pay directly to the hotel.\n\nIf you are coming\, please email us here with details of how many people are coming.\n Hopefully this will be the first of many overnight adventures for the club\, so if you are unable to make it to this run\, don’t worry.\nHotel Information:\nRamada Ballina (4.5 stars)\nhttp://www.ramadaballinabyron.com.au/\nA group discount applies for a booking of 10 rooms or more. The rates are as follows:\nHotel Spa Room ($165 per night)\n– superbly fitted out with modern\, stylish décor featuring a single spa bath with shutters opening out to the bedroom. Rooms also feature a courtyard or private balcony and tea & coffee making facilities. Most of our suites are along the Riverfront\, some a little away but all with water views. The Bedding configuration is either 1 King or Queen size bed\, which accommodates two guests comfortably.\nOne Bedroom Poolside Suite ($170 per night)\n– spacious fully self contained suites with kitchenette\, separate bedroom\, lounge and dining areas. Poolside Suites feature private balconies and overlook the sparkling blue swimming pool\, Level 3 Suites have direct access to the Swimming Pool. The Kitchen size vary\, some suites also have a separate study\, but all suites have internal laundry. The Bedding configuration is either 1 King or Queen size bed\, which accommodates two guests comfortably. Up to two additional guests may be accommodated in a double sofa bed at an additional cost of $30.00 per night.\nOne Bedroom Riverview Suite ($180 per night)\n– spacious fully self contained suites with kitchenette\, laundry facilities\, separate bedroom\, lounge and dining areas. Riverview Suites feature a courtyard or private balconies and great river views. The Kitchen size vary. The Bedding configuration is either 1 King or Queen size bed\, which accommodates two guests comfortably. Up to two additional guests may be accommodated in a double sofa bed at an additional cost of $30.00 per night.
